Theater often can bring you to your feet. It's not every day it brings you to your knees. Shadow Theatre Company is mounting the 40th anniversary production of "God's Trombones," James Weldon Johnson's timeless old-time revival that weaves fiery Biblical sermons with 33 moving spirituals sung in an a capella rhythm by a powerful cast of seven, each representing one position on "God's trombone."
