Ancient a cappella treasure found

We have found the King Tut of a cappella archeology!! Many years ago our storage shed got flooded and all the a cappella archive files I had there were water-damaged, moldy and absolutely not worth saving. A crew came in to clean out the whole shed and everything got chucked. But this weekend I was cleaning a dusty corner of the car port and lo and behold, under a bunch of firewood was an a cappella treasure! I did remember pulling this one box but never saw it again and thought it had been thrown out with everything else. The box contains hundreds of group photos from our very first Harmony Sweepstakes event on and programs for the first 15 years. We updated the Sweeps web site recently and added a bunch of info but thought this very early stuff was gone forever. We are going thru the box, scanning the photos and entering in the program info to the site. I feel like a regular Hiram Bingham. (I was in fact an archeologist earlier in life)

National Finals are coming up in two weeks. May 16th.
